When you right click a transition after a selection branch, or a step after a parallel branch then you can select

Move Branch Left

Move Branch Right

Move Branch To Left End

Move Branch To Right End

You can also add column breaks, which cause the chart to move up and to the right of the step or transition where you set the column break

You can only set column break where there is no branch.
