The Hover mode menu appears only when Hover Mode is selected by right clicking a diagram

It appears as you move the mouse over an object and provides quick access to common functions without having to click the symbol.

It also provides some information including the count of instances of the objects and the number of Symbol data items stored with the symbol.

The relevant menu items are only enabled if they are relevant
